Repairs

• Your footwear is constructed in such a way that it can be taken to any shoe repair shop for repairs locally.
• I may take on a repair with prior communication on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

• Your footwear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the ship date. 
• Please send the item to me at the address Contact menue or the address on the packing slip. 
• Make sure to enclose your packing slip so that I can exchange properly!  If I cannot identify your exchange, I hold onto the item until contacted. 
• Write your instructions on the packing slip, for example “Please exchange for size X”.  Also include any blue or yellow size tags that came with your footwear. 
• Do not ship by any method that requires a signature on my end.   Do not ship COD, the item will be refused.  
• Exchanges will be mailed back out within a week. 
• Unless prior arrangements are made with me in advance, I will not refund shipping charges, only the price of the footwear itself.  For exchanges, you pay the postage back to me, and I pay the return postage back to you. 
• Failure to follow these instructions will most definitely delay your exchange.  

Returns

• Your footwear may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. 
• Please return the footwear to me at the address Contact Page or on your packing slip. 
• Make sure to enclose your packing slip so that I can credit properly!  If I cannot identify your return, I cannot issue a refund. 
• Write your instructions on the packing slip, for example “Return”.  Also include any blue or yellow size tags that came with your footwear. 
• Do not ship by any method that requires a signature.  Do not ship COD, the item will be refused.
• Returns will be refunded when they get back to me.  
• Failure to follow these instructions will most definitely delay your return.
